Ishwar C. Puri (Starting at 26:26 mins): “The more intense our seeking.. the more quickly we are awake.. Therefore, what is needed is very simple: an intensity of seeking..
People who read too many books ..get diverted from seeking.. because seeking, to be intense, must be so concentrated, that you have time for nothing else. The books take us into the intellectual..pasture, where we like to draw lines, make diagrams.. analyze things.. place things in classification..
Analysis means break- up. The more you analyze, the more you break-up. When you break up, you don’t see.. Truth is not logical.. The mind wants things to be logical.. will only accept that truth which is logical..
Language is a great barrier to the discovery of Truth. To discover Truth, we must find some kind of language that does not use.. spoken or written words… that language that can transmit Truth.. unspoken” At ~ 39 mins he goes on to use a great example to explain of how spoken language creates problem in communication.
